Hello hello! My name is Kayleigh, and I've been exactly where you are.
In 2020 I (accidentally) started my VA business, and very quickly became fully booked - which resulted in me getting so many questions from other VAs about my VA journey and the challenges I'd faced.
Questions like what fully booked actually meant, how to kick misaligned clients to the kerb - and actually find the good ones - how to navigate price increases, what services to offer... you've probably thought them yourself!
So, in 2021, I created a space to answer those questions! I've since trained as a coach and mentor🔗, and grown The VA Village into a community of Virtual Assistants who are now co-workers, clients, and friends.
